I bought two sets for my twins' 1 yr birthday present and have used it for four months. It has worked FABULOUSLY!! Two sets joined together make enough room for the two of them and enough toys to share, and when they get cranky and fight we can separate them in their own play yard. It breaks down easily for transport to other less toddler-friendly locations, though cumbersome for transport, they appreciate the room it gives them more than a pack'n'play. It is easily cleaned with Clorox wipes if they make a mess on it. They have only escaped once, when one of the connecting pieces wasn't secured all the way.

Now that we have this, I don't know what we'd do without it.
We purchased two of these (which is, I believe, about 60' square feet of play area?) and combined them with Edutile foam tiles underneath for a colorful, fun, SAFE play area for our baby. She loves it! All of her toys are in there and she can play on her own without us having to worry about her getting into something she shouldn't.
It's a LIFESAVER for us as parents - we can step away while cooking, cleaning up, etc. (Obviously, never good to leave a child unattended, but as you're puttering about the house, this thing is IDEAL).
I can't recommend this enough. I tell all parents. It's very light, super easy to put together (took me about 3 minutes total) and it's simple to transport, too. So if you're going to a park, grandma's house, whatever - just grab a few wall pieces and go. Great for outdoors, too.
My daughter just turned 1. She's been in this for two months now, and will probably use it for a long time to come.
You just have to get this - and get two if you have the room for them.

We got this for our 8-month son. This was the EASIEST product to install that I have ever gotten for him. Snapped it all together in 3 minutes. It is very safe b/c the plastic is soft. We just put him in there, and he goes to town. An Excellent purchase.

Absolutely love it! I can make this gate as big as i want and manuever it to block what I want out or in. When she's in her gate, I know that she's safe and not getting into anything. And if i need to make it bigger, you can get the extensions for it and its lightweight and portable. I highly recommend this!
