I like it but it was missing 3 parts and I am still waiting on getting those parts so the assembly is complete. The parts that it did come with look nice, clean, and modern. It also took much longer to assemble than I anticipated.

I love this changer considering the price and quality. This type of changing table usually cost a lot more than this.
My only complain is that some of the parts are damaged/chipped. Good thing is you can order the parts through the company with no charge.

I totally agree that the packaging needs to be better. The first box we received was badly damaged and opened to the point where you could see the parts. We had to send the second box back as well. It's not worth the trouble of shipping the box back. Our friends ordered us another brand from another store so we're hoping that works out.

I received the product an several part were demaged, some had cracks other were just presenting dents. Looking at the package you can see that it's not robust enough to support all the bouncing and shaking of transportation. i would strongly recommend that the package is reinforced and changed, since I believe that's a recurring problem from previous reviews.

The first one we got had 9 pieces that were cracked and dented so we returned it. The return process was fairly easy and the second one we got is working out great! Very big and very white check mesurements and make sure you have enough room. Only neg... plastic sliders for the drawers (we shall see how that holds up)! Good luck!
