The Sealy crib mattress includes 204 heavy gauge interlocking steel coils which are heat tempered for strength and durability. The crib mattress also includes all around border rods which keep sides, corners and edges firm. It is just like an adult mattress in that sense. The steel vertical support bars help distribute baby's weight evenly over the entire crib mattress surface. A non-allergenic layer provides comfort for an extremely plush, gentle sleeping surface. This mattress is strudy, has a wipeable suface so that clean up after a "accident" is a breeze. In my experience it doesn't seem to absorbe smell so it doesn't smell after you wipe it off with plain water.It fits my divinci crib very snuggly. Great mattress.

This mattress was purchased for our new child, but upon delivery we found the mattress to be too soft for a newborn. We are now using this mattress for our three year old in her toddler bed. This is a soft mattress and you should be warned before you buy this for any newborn who need a firm mattress.

THe product is great! Truly enjoying downsizing in order to have a second nursery. The only issue I had was that Amazon sent us someone else's order making ours late and we are part of Amazon Prime. They sent our order out again but when it arrived it was NOT packaged well at all. The tape was coming off and they threw the plastic protective wrap on top of the boxes versus around them, making it useless. We have never been disappointed but now may have to think about renewing our subscription to Amazon Prime! The Space Bags are fantastic though! The Jumbo bag holds a WHOLE Rubbermaid Jumbo bin of baby clothes!! Highly recommended.

Best crib mattress ever purchased. Firm enough to keep baby safe, yet it is still very comfortable to baby. My son has been using it for 9 months, and he absolutely loves it and has no problems sleeping at all. It is also very durable; definitely a mattress I would pay a lot more for; great deal!!
